COSENTINO PREXURY’s collection brings eternal beauty within the walls of interior design with semi-precious stones, petrified wood, unique minerals and rare fossils, creating magical coverings, countertops and interior design details out of the world’s most stunning materials.
‘THE QUARTZES, POSSESSING MILLENNIAL FAME DUE TO THEIR HEALING PROPERTIES AND CARRYING MAGICAL LEGENDS, ARE ONE OF THE MOST IMPRESSIVE PRECIOUS STONES.’
COSENTINO’s classic quartz coverings are produced through artisanal manufacturing in order to highlight the semi-precious stones’ incomparable pure and brilliantly sparkly properties. The quartz’ uniqueness, in opposition to other stones, is that their internal structure spirally grows outwards, displaying a uniquely beautiful ring-shaped structure.

The collection represents the Spanish factory’s luxury line, to which the semi-precious stones, the different quartzites and agates are selected by hand, get covered with synthetic resin, cut with water jet, formed and with manufacturing methods, get polished to shining bright.

ROZE QUARTZ
The embodiment of femininity, and one most sought after from the quartz family. A mesmerizing, coarse crystalline semi-precious stone, its unique color is the result of the slight fusion of titanium and iron.
According to the thousand-year old legend, rose quartz’s history begins in ancient Athens and was attributed to the Greek god Adonis. Many were in love with the originally born as a mortal, but perishing every autumn and resurrecting every spring Adonis – including the goddess Aphrodite.
However, her jealous lover was not to hear of it; he turned Adonis into a boar and murdered him. While hurrying to save the life of Adonis, Aphrodite got tangled in a rose bush, causing bleeding injuries to her. The legend says that the mixture of the lovers’ blood painted the originally white rose quartz pink.halvány rózsaszínűre az eredetileg fehér kristályt.
AMETIST
The colors of this meditative and calming gem range from pale to deep shades of purple. The stone’s origin is surrounded by many legends, all of them connecting to an ancient nymph and a god’s relationship.
One says the nymph Amethyst caught the eye of the god of wine and festivity, Dionysus. The nymph could not keep Dionysus at distance, so she turned to Artemis, the goddess of the moon for help. The goddess, to help Amethyst disappear, turned her into stone. Dionysus attempted to resurrect his love from stone, pouring wine on her – in vain. The stone, however, turned purple from the wine and got the name amethyst.
