Storage Policy of Multistone Center Ltd.
- Introduction
These regulations contain the detailed conditions for charging the Storage Fee that Multistone Center Kft. may charge for the storage/guardianship, as well as for the loading and unloading of goods ordered by the Customer(s) but not delivered by Multistone Center Ltd. within the delivery deadline specified in the GTC or, where applicable, in the notification sent to the Customer by Multistone Center Ltd., in accordance with the GTC of Multistone Center Ltd.
These regulations shall be applied in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Multistone Center Ltd., provided that these Regulations are published by Multistone Center Ltd. on its own website and thus made available to Customers.
- Due date for charging storage fees, amount of storage fees
If the goods (which may be raw materials, finished products, or anything that the GTC defines as goods) are not transported by the Customer from the Multistone Center Kft. warehouse within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of receipt of the goods at the Multistone Center Kft. warehouse as specified in the GTC or within 14 (fourteen) days of the notification sent to the Customer by Multistone Center Kft. to the Customer by the Supplier, the Contractor is entitled to charge and invoice the following storage fees:
- For EU pallet (120×80 cm): 1000,- Ft / day / pallet + VAT
- In case of non-standard or oversized packaging (e.g. crates, containers): 1000,- Ft / day / m² + VAT
The required area is always determined based on the actual floor area occupied.
(rounded up to 0.5 m²).
In the unexpected event that the Customer does not show up for the ordered goods at all, the Storage Fee will be charged automatically from the due date, without any separate notification to the Customer.
- Billing storage fees
Multistone Center Kft. draws the attention of its esteemed Customers to the fact that the above daily fees apply to every calendar day that has begun, meaning that it is not possible to charge a storage fee after a fraction of a day.
The storage fee is issued under a separate legal title on the invoice/Multistone Center Kft. includes it as a separate item in the invoice issued for the contractor fee.

These regulations shall enter into force on 01.09.2025.
